Her response -- which I really admire her for -- was "no they're not but I feel so much better now that I had the surgery." I was just happy to know that SHE was happy having had the surgery which boosted her confidence. What did I think of her boobs? Well, I knew immediately that they were silicone jobs and I prefer the real thing. But the point is not how I or anyone else feels but rather how this young girl felt.
