Lawsuits in porn

At the moment there are a lot of lawsuits going on in porn. Sadly they made a lot of new laws that make it difficult for companys to shoot something different than the usual vanilla porn.
In Germany you can not use for example titles which contain words like Daddy, Daughter, Young teens and so on…. also you cant shoot anymore scenes where girls receiving pain while being tied up.
Even just a little rougher scenes are getting banned.
It is a circle… you can not sell the DVDs to the shops since they are afraid of selling them and getting in trouble, you can not publish them on your website since its forbidden to shoot it! So simply do not even produce it!
But i will fight against it, i will keep doing my stuff. I shoot like i want or i prefer to don not shoot at all! I know i can be a rebellish child sometimes but that how i am made!
I hate getting told what to do! So one of the moments biggest chases, is the one against Evil Angel Owner John Stagliano.
It makes me said to see how he has to fight for his right as an Artist! All this money he needs to spend for lawyers for some stupid laws which are saying you can not shoot anymore scenes like he did!
So in the latest case they showed the judge a scene i did for Evil, if i had would be in LA i had would totally go there and tell them where there fucking problem is. I know a lot of people are sometimes worried about my scenes but once again, I am not a person who can do things for money that i would not do without getting paid for!
You need to accept that porn is not a criminal drug dealing Buissnes. It is a Buissnes like every other normal Buissnes is. Nothing happens against anyones will! Stop watching it if you do not like it!

Annette, there is trouble in Porn Paradise?! If they can make it impossible for us to see (and shoot) nice facial abuses, rough gangbangs, double anal penetrations, kinky BDSM stuff, erotic domination and submission games, etc, they can (and perhaps sooner of later they will), forbid any kind of depiction of sexuality, love, lust and eroticism and gradually the “moral” laws that governed the brave people of Afghanistan under the terrible rule of the Taliban movement will govern the citizens of the former civilized states, too!
First, I wish all of You, Porn People, good luck in challenging those evil laws. I remember this line from the classic movie “Inherit the Wind”: “You cannot administer a wicked law impartially. You can only destroy, you can only punish. And I warn you, that a wicked law, like cholera, destroys every one it touches. Its upholders as well as its defiers.” Hope the might of Porn People (buyers, sellers and suppliers as well as actors, sex toys manufacturers, etc) will prevail against this new form of Office of the Inquisition.
After all, what the Human Rights are all about, if two (or more) people are not allowed to SAFELY HAVE FUN TOGETHER and SHARE IT WITH THOSE WHO CHOSE to watch and support them?!
Meanwhile, you can work your way around it: if you cannot shoot scenes where girls are receiving pain while being tied up, you can shoot some their equivalent with boys and/or trannies dominated by girls, or wearing make up to look like girls, or anything like that, don’t you think? Maybe it is time for you to get rough on the willing boys on a more consistent basis

I think everyone should realize that this is not about porn being viewed us a criminal business but more about people who want to enforce their own will on society, and that means not only taxing and exploiting the working classes (no need to be a commie here to see this really happens all the time, everywhere: “There is always a master and a slave”, Nordo’s character (Chris Jarman) in “Spartacus”, 2004) but to impose their own view. This is about social domination, as it has always been. And the fact that they have chosen exactly this moment (severe financial and economical crisis caused by a much a deeper social one) to do it is another thing that should make all of us think more about it.

Herd instinct and aggression against those who are “different” by the slightest degree: if they are not ready to accept how much they would love getting rough and dirty (or because they cannot get into this business from more or less personal reasons), then nobody should get neither pleasure nor profit. Damn them and their ilk!
There are people who love it, there are people who are willing to pay for it, and nobody harms anybody! Are we marching backwards, to the ‘glorious’ days of Ancient Rome or the Middle Ages, to the days when people in power burn the ones who dare to stand for their rights, their passions and their ideas?! Hopefully not! Hopefully there will always be a bridge too far or a nut too hard to crack, or a square ball which will break the round hole in which it is forced rather than accepting being shaped by it.

Well the sad thing acutally is, people like to watch it and yet it gets banned for reasons no one understands.
Same with all the Max HardCore movies, they are all banned and he ended up in jail. (did he?)

I would not say it is sad, I would say it is REVOLTING! If consumers would not express their feelings about that in public, then it means they do not deserve the freedom they enjoyed so much! Can we post some petitions on line or something like that?! Maybe it is time those people and companies that got a good life (and a nice business) from porn to give something back to the adult entertainment and organize some protests! Or else. Prostitutes organize marches and fight for their rights, gay do those parades, why not porn people do the same?!

Well! We have to swallow it whether we like it or we hate at it because we are not the authority like a president or chancellor. Did anyone read about a 14 years old girl somewhere in Britain was being abused like rape her, drug her and kidnap her by 10 to 11 guys? This little girl becomes a dead body buy now if no one help her. Some people especially porn actresses (not to be given names because of security reasons) might complaints to the authorities about force, abuses or pain. One more reason is because the technology is so advance (not like 10 years ago) and it will give access to minors to watch porn which is abusive or pain more easily. Hence the authorities are afraid these minors who watch abusive porn films will end up their life in jail by abusing or rape young girls. Another one is the abuse of real parents to their own children, abuse of a husband to his wife or rape cases are because of these people’s mind is influenced after watching porn like girls received pain like being tied up. A guy in Austria lock up her own daughter for almost 20 years and she has 7 children from her own father. He says he was influenced by porn film which are like pain or hurt to the reasons he ‘torture’ his own daughter. Who knows in 10 years time from now or more German government and others worldwide will ban porn film. I am NOT support the lawsuit or against or hurt anyone’s feelings but I just want to give my opinion. Thank you and kisses to Miss Annette.

It is very easy to say like stop watching porn if you don’t like it. The question is how to stop people like minors and criminals who want to copy the actions on porn films towards torturing and kill their victims. Those people who want to bring up strict laws on porn film have seen the consequences to the public especially young girls by producing porn films which shows scenes like pain and more nasty…. We have heard many young girls went missing, being raped, tortured and later becomes dead body. These cases has increased rapidly for the past 5,6 years. Those people who want to create laws which relates to porn films feels that the mind of these criminals has changed from good guy to bad guy because they watch many nasty, painful and torture scenes from porn films for many years. So we must see what will happens to those very pity school girls who is 8 or 12 years old who are being kidnapped, raped, tortured and later becomes a dead body. Now the government says the nasty and pain scenes of porn film creates many like these sexual criminals. I have many friends who are officers who work with governments in many countries which want to creates laws which relates to porn films who have told me these issues. The blog says “Please do accept that porn is NOT like a criminal drug dealing business. Nothing happens against anyone’s will! Stop watching it if you do not like it!”. But Indonesian government says porn related materials is criminal and they received many public complaints on porn in internet. So around 9000 porn related websites has been banned in Indonesia and all internet porn will be vanished out from Indonesia within few months. Anyone think this is a good idea?
